Bali Airport Arrival Process
1. Personalized Greeting
As soon as you disembark, our Airport Representative will welcome you with a personalized sign at the Avio-bridge or terminal entry point. If your plane parks remotely, they will meet you after you are transferred by shuttle bus.
2. Immigration Guidance
You'll be escorted to the immigration counter for passport scanning and stamping. While this procedure must be completed by you personally, our representative will be nearby to guide you through the process smoothly.
3. Baggage Collection
After immigration, you’ll be guided to the baggage claim area. Our representative will assist in locating and collecting your luggage, ensuring that everything is handled efficiently.
4. Customs Assistance
Next, proceed to the customs area for baggage X-ray scanning. Our representative will assist with the scanning process and help manage any required checks. Please note that random checks may occur, and these procedures cannot be avoided.
5. Seamless Exit
Once customs clearance is complete, you will be escorted to the terminal exit. If you have arranged your own transport, the representative will coordinate with your driver, ensuring a smooth handover. If you’ve booked our transfer services, your driver will be informed of your arrival, and everything will be arranged for a seamless transition.
6. Final Handover
